Our Values
To ensure we achieve the commitments we made in 2020, we've established the Sphero Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) Committee. This committee identifies and enacts changes both internally and in our products. The committee meets regularly and reports its status at quarterly company meetings. In 2020, we updated our company values to include "Changemakers" to signify our commitment to lasting equity change.
